Only a HOA Lot Owner (Member) in good standing can schedule the clubhouse. However, a Member in good standing can be a representative for a non-member, if the Member attends the event.

A signed agreement is always required. A deposit may be required at the discretion of the current HOA Board. Download the Clubhouse Usage Agreement (button below). Use the contact form below to email the HOA with basic information about your event request, including the following: Date & Time, Lot Owner Name and Lot#, email and phone number.
Please allow 3-5 days for a response. The entire HOA Board is volunteer and we do not have an administrative assistant. You will receive a reply either by email or phone (let us know if you have a preference)
